Shipping policy

Pgh Amy Studio is a small business and I work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible.  Your order will ship within 3-5 business days or less for ready to ship products.  Custom orders will ship within 1-2 weeks.  Please note that during online sales, holidays or peak sales times may take a little longer.  I will do my best to keep within the sales window.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please review your address during checkout.  If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, I am unable to refund the cost until the order is back in my possession.  Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.
